PDR: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated June 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp (PDR) approved to receive the transfer of 99% contributed capital of shareholders in Ben Thanh  - Long Hai Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, PDR will own 99% shares in Ben Thanh  - Long Hai Joint Stock Company.
