On June 19, 2020, DRH Holdings JSC announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 635,000 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 11,000 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares

-   Expected trading period: from July 01, 2020 to July 31, 2020

-   Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
