LDG: Receiving the transfer of shares of Binh Minh Fish Corp On June 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive 99.9% stake from the shareholders in Binh Minh Fish Corporation in order to receive the rights to develop Binh Minh Resort Area Project in Phuoc Thuan, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
