NHH: Resolution on the EGM 2020

Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company (NHH) announces the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated June 24, 2020 with the following contents:

1. The EGM approved the change of the Company’s business lines.
2. The EGM approved the resignation of member of BOD – Mr. Pham Quoc Trung.
3. The EGM approved the election of Mrs. Hoa Thi Thu Ha as member of BOD.
