BCE: Resolution on documents of public offering According to the board resolution dated June 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company approved the documents of public offering to submit them to the State Securities Commission as regulated, as follows:
- Application for public offering;
- Prospectus and addendums;
- The Articles of Association;
- Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company dated March 20, 2020;
- Resolution of the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company on the approval for the public offering;
- Business license of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company;
- The audited financial statements of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company in 2018, 2019 and Quarter 1 of 2020;
