HAS: HAS signs an audit contract

On June 25, 2020, HACISCO Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAS) signed an audit contract with AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited (AASC)  regarding the provision of audit services for financial statements in 2020:

-          Auditing the separate and consolidated financial statements of HACISCO Joint Stock Company, HACISCO 8 Co., Ltd. and HACISCO 1 Co., Ltd. for the period from 01/01/2020 to 06/30/2020;

-          Auditing the separate and consolidated financial statements of HACISCO Joint Stock Company, HACISCO 8 Co., Ltd. and HACISCO 1 Co., Ltd. for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2020.
