The Board resolution dated April 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TCD) approved to contribute capital for establishment of Life Purity JSC with the following details:

-       Company name: Life Purity Joint Stock Company

-       Short name: LIFE PURITY JSC

-       Address: 27C Quoc Huong, Thao Dien Ward, district 2, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

-       Charter capital: VND 50,000,000,000 (TCD contributed VND 25,500,000,000 and owned 51% charter capital of Life Purity).

-       Stock volume: 5,000,000 shares

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       To appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Chairman of BOD cum CEO as the representative of contributed capital of TCD in Life Purity.
