ITC: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated April 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to register the increase of charter capital after finishing the stock issuance. Details are as follows:

-       Charter capital before increasing: VND 690,866,880,000

-       Additional increase charter capital: VND 34,321,150,000

-       Charter capital after increasing: VND 725,188,030,000, equivalent to 72,518,803 shares.

-       Time for charter capital change: April 15, 2020.
