PXS: PXS asks permission for a delay in the disclosure of 2019 financial statements

Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company sent documents to HOSE to ask permission for a delay in the disclosure of 2019 financial statements by May 31, 2020. The request of PXS will be considered by the State Securities Commission and PXS must disclose information right after receiving a decision from the State Securities Commission.
