VMD: VMD allowed to delay the disclosure of 2019 audited financial statements

Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (stock code: VMD) has received an official document dated March 31, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of VMD in 2019. Accordingly, Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company allowed to disclose the annual audited financial statements within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
