On April 17, 2020, HOSE issued Decision No.184/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: HPX) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 199,996,305 shares

-      Additional volume: 29,999,201 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND299,992,010,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 229,995,506 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND2,299,955,060,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: April 21, 2020

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the 2018 dividend payment.
