DNY: Request of explanation for the stock delisting situation

On 13 April 2020, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2019 audited financial statements of DANA-Y Steel JSC. After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that the auditor declined to comment on the 2019 financial statement of the Company. Thus, DNY shares belongs to the delisting case regulated at point h clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government stipulating implementation of some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and deliver solution to the delisting situation.
Explanation and information disclosure must be sent to the Department of listing management, Hanoi Stock Exchange, No 02 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi by 23/04/2020.
