LBM: Board approves to raise capital at LBM Dak Nong Concrete

On March 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (stock code: LBM) approved to increase the charter capital at LBM Dak Nong Concrete Co., Ltd. to VND25 billion and move the head office to Dak Mil after completing the investment and expansion of concrete mixing station.
