EVG: BOD approves to contribute capital to establish Everland Van Don

On March 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of Everland Invesment Joint Stock Company (EVG) approved to contribute capital to establish Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company as follows:                               

-       Company name: Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company

-       Short name: Everland Van Don JSC.,

-       Address: Mai Quyen Paradise, hamlet 1, Ha Long Commune, Van Don District, Quang Ninh Province.

-       Charter capital: VND350,000,000,000 (EVG contributed VND210,000,000,000, accounting for 60% charter capital of Everland Van Don.

-       To appoint Mr. Le Dinh Vinh as the representative of stake of EVG in Everland Van Don.
