TLD: BOD resolution on planning the stock issuance

  On March 06, 2019, the Board resolution of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:                          

1. The Board of Directors approved to plan the stock issuance to existing shareholders with the ratio of 2:1:

-          Expected issue volume: 9,359,894 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND93,598,940,000.

1. The Board of Directors approved the dossier of public offering:

-          Application for public offering;

-          Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 18/12/2018 regarding the public offering;

-          Articles of Association;

-          Prospectus;

-          Audited financial statements in 2016;

-          Consolidated financial statements in 2017 and audited separate financial statements in 2017;

-          Consolidated financial statements in Q4.2018 and separate financial statements in Q4.2018;

-          Information on related person of the Board of Directors, Directorate and Supervisory Board of Association;

-          The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;
