-       Estimated issue volume: 900,000 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Issue price: VND56,000/share

-       Expected mobilized capital: VND50,400,000,000

-       Restriction period: 02 years from the issue date.

-       Number of shares registered to buy and paid: 891,700 shares

-       Mobilized capital: VND49,935,200,000

-       Undistributed shares: 8,300 shares 

 The Board of Directors will offer the undistributed shares to other key employees under the following plan:

-       Stock name: Stock of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common stock

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Offering volume: 8,300 shares

-       Issue price: VND56,000/share

-       Restriction period: 02 years from the issue date.
