CII: CII adjusts the information on the issue of VND370 billion bonds

On February 01, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announced the information on the private placement of VND400 billion of corporate bonds which are non-convertible, unsecured, without warrants and not a secondary debt of the issuer (hereinafter called “Bond”). 

However, during the discussion with investors, the Chairman of Board of Directors of CII approved to adjust some contents of the private placement as follows:

-       Bond type: corporate bond, non-convertible, secured, without warrants and not a secondary debt of the issuer (hereinafter called “Bond”)

-       Total issue value: VND370,000,000,000.
