BCI: Decision on delisting of stock

On February 06, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No. 40/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCI):

-          Number of shares to be delisted: 86,720,144 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND867,201,440,000

-          Effective delisting date       : February 23, 2018

-          Reason: Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company delists its shares in order to merge with Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company.
