BCI: Resolution on delisting

Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCI) announces Board Resolution No.04 dated February 02, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to delist all BCI shares on Hochiminh Stock Exchange and cancel the deposit of all BCI shares at Vietnam Securities Depository in order to merge into Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: KDH) according to the merger agreement dated January 15, 2018.

2)    The Board of Directors approved a record date for closing the list of shareholders who own BCI shares in order to receive the rights of stock swap. The record date was expected on February 26, 2018.

3)    The Board of Directors approved the schedule of delisting of BCI shares:

-          Estimated last trading date of BCI shares: February 22, 2018

-          Estimated delisting date: February 23, 2018

-          Estimated record date: February 26, 2018

-          The date when BCI shares will not be valid for trading and transferring: estimated from February 26, 2018.
