PXL: PXL delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 1st time)

On June 04, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders (the first time) of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 94 shareholders representing 24,656,880 shares (accounting for 29.88 of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio of 65%, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company decided:

-          To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the first time);

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-          Meeting time: 02:00 pm June 05, 2015

-          Meeting venue: Victory Hotel, No.14 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
