PXL: PXL delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 2nd time)

On June 05, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders (the first time) of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Companywas held, but there were just 43 shareholders representing 20,613,419 shares (accounting for 24.98 of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company decided:

-  To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-  The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the third  time);

-  Meeting time: 08:00 am June 06, 2015

-  Meeting venue: Victory Hotel, No.14 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
