SRF: Explanation for business result of parent company in Q1, 2015

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation explained business result in Q1/2015 compared to Q1/2014 as follows:

-     Profit before tax in Q1/2015 was VND1.9billion, decreasing VND23.7 billion compared to the same period of 2014

-     Reason:

• Revenue from selling and service supply in Quarter 1/2015 decreased, leading to profit after tax decreased VND4 billion.
• Profit from affiliate companies decreased VND15.5 billion.
• General and administration expense increased, leading to profit before tax decreased VND1 billion because in Quarter 1/2015 the firm did not delay provision.
• Profit from financial in Quarter 1/2015 decreased, leading to profit before tax decreased VND3.2 billion.
