PVD: Explanation for business result in Q1/2015

Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Joint Stock Company (PV DRILLING) explains financial statements of the Parent company and the consolidated financial statements in Quarter 1/2015 as follows:

-     In Quarter 1/2015, the profit after tax of the parent company and decreasing 17.39% and 19.23% compared to the same period of 2014.

-     Reasons:

• Land rig decreased performance
• Rental drilling rig unit decreased 7%
