KTB: KTB delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 1st time)

On May 18, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders (the first time) of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 26 shareholders representing 12,690,860 shares (accounting for 31.57% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio of 65%, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company decided:

–     To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the first time);

–     The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

–     Meeting time: 07:30 am May 28, 2015

–     Meeting venue: The meeting hall of Muong Thanh Hotel, Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai, Ha Noi.
