SKG: Board Resolution

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved to pay for the 2014 dividend:

-       Payment for the 2014 dividend in stock: Exercise ratio: 20%

-       Payment for the 2014 dividend in cash:  Exercise ratio: 10%

-       Payment date: expected in Quarter 2, 3 2015.

Article 2: The BOD approved to choose Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd (A&C) to audit   its 2015 financial year.
