HPG: HPG receives the transfer of shares in Hoa Phat Mitraco
Hoa Phat Group JSC announced the board resolution dated May 21, 2015 as follows:
Article 1: Approving to receive the transfer in Hoa Phat Mitraco Minerals JSC:
- To receive all of 9,842,000 shares from Hoa Phat Minerals JSC, equivalent to 98.42% of charter capital of Hoa Phat Mitraco Minerals JSC.
- To assign Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen, Deputy CEO, to be the representative for the contributed capital of Hoa Phat Group JSC in Hoa Phat Mitraco Minerals JSC.
- To assign the CEO to sign a transfer contract and complete procedures for the share transfer.
Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
