-         Reason & Purpose: to organize the AGM of 2015 & the dividend advance of 2014 in cash.

• Meeting venue: Dong Khoi 2 Restaurant, 210B, ĐL Dong Khoi, Phu Khuong Ward, Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province.

2)     The dividend advance of 2014 in cash:
