UIC: Notice of time and venue of AGM 2015

Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company announced time and venue of the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:

1)     Meeting time: 8:00am, Tuesday, May 26, 2015

-          If the number of shareholders attending the meeting does not reach 65% of voting shares, the Company will held the second meeting on 8:00am, June 25, 2015.  

2)     Meeting venue: The Meeting Hall of Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company, Street No.4, Nhon Trach I Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach ward, Dong Nai province.

3)     Record date: April 15, 2015.
