BGM: BGM delays the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the 1st time)

On April 27, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting (the first time) of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 8 shareholders representing 4,616,450 shares (accounting for 20.91% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company decided:

-         To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the first time);

-         The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-         Meeting date: 08:00am May 18, 2015

-         Meeting venue: Luc Ngan Recreation Centre, Chu Town, Luc Ngan District, Luc Ngan, Bac Giang Province.
