UDC: Resolution of AGM 2015 Urban Development and Construction Corporation announced the resolution of the 2015 annual general meeting dated April 27, 2015:
Article 1: AGM approved profit and loss in 2014 and plan for 2015:
1) Consolidated profit and loss in 2014:
- Production: VND309.36 billion
- Revenue: VND305.96 billion
- Profit before tax: VND5 billion
2) Business plan for 2015:
- Production: VND541.56 billion
- Revenue: VND467.05 billion
- Profit before tax: VND15.70 billion
Article 2: AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2014.
Article 3: AGM approved the report of the Board of Supervisors
Article 4: AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors
Article 5: AGM approved profit distribution in 2014:
