HAX: The record date for the 2nd dividend payment for 2009
Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company (HAXACO) announced the record date for the second dividend payment for 2009:
* Stock symbol: HAX
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: May 11, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 11 & 12, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: May 13, 2010
* Purpose: To make the second dividend payment in cash for 2009
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 6% (VND600/share)
* Payment date: May 28, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for HAX on May 12, 13 & 14, 2010.
