* Ex-right date: May 12, 2010    

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 12 & 13, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 14, 2010  

* The meeting time and meeting venue will be noticed later.

* Contents of the meeting: Report on operating results in 2009, plan for 2010 of the Board of Directors and Director General. Approving the 2009 audited financial statements, choosing an auditing company in 2010. Approving of the Board of Supervisors; other relating issues.
