* Ex-right date:     20 August 2009

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 20 & 21 August 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      24 August 2009

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Payment date:   16 September 2009

* Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Hoa An Joint Stock Company (Hoa An Commune, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province).

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DHA on 21, 24 & 25 August 2009.
