BIBICA Corporation (BBC) will pay an advance for the first installment of the 2009 dividend:

* Stock type:       Common stock

* Par value:         VND 10,000

* Ex-right date:    17 August 2009

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 17 August 2009 and 18 August 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)

* Record date:      19 August 2009

* Pay-out ratio:     6%/ par value (VND600 / share)

* Payment date:    21 September 2009

* Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BIBICA Corporation (443 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 8, Tan Binh, HCMC).

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for BBC on 18, 19, 20 August 2009.
