- 26 May 2017: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company with an average winning bid of VND10,100 per share;

- 10 October 2017: Transformed into 319.2 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND49.5 billion under the business registration certificate No.0105870441 amended for the 2nd time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 04 July 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
