- June 14, 2001: Tranformed into Vocational Training and Construction Enterprise under the Decision No.627/BTL issued by Demand of Military Zone 3;

- July 25, 2011: Transformed into 319.5 Enterprise under the Decision No.2667/QD-BQP issued by Ministry of National Defence;

- March 29, 2012: Transformed into 319.5 Limited Company under the Decision No.957/QD-BQP issued by Ministry of National Defence;

- March 06, 2017: Ministry of National Defence issued the Decision No.600/QD-BQP approving the plan of equitizing and transforming 319.5 Limited Company into 319.5 Joint Stock Company;

- October 20, 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND44 billion;

- January 16, 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
