- 28 September 2015: Taseco Noi Bai Air Services Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND27.12 billion to operate its business in Noi Bai and neighboring airports; - 2016-2017: Become a parent company with its members trading shops chain, including: Taseco Danang(99.9%), Taseco Saigon (65%), and providing hotel services: Taseco Oceanview (100%), Taseco Media (99.9%).
