Since 2021 we have proudly positioned ourselves to become a top developer in providing high-quality industrial solutions, including ready-built warehouses and factories along with professional consultancy services.
We have successfully launched 10 projects across strategic industrial zones, including DEEP C in Haiphong, Thuan Thanh 3B in Bac Ninh province, Ho Nai in Dong Nai province, and Phu An Thanh in Long An province, spanning over 300 hectares.
In October, we also officially broke ground on Phase 1 of a warehouse project in sub-zone D of the Nhon Trach VI Industrial Park in Dong Nai. This scheme is on track to be completed by the second half of 2025. By the end of 2024, we anticipate achieving nearly 40ha of operational leasable floor area, with an ambitious target of expanding to nearly 70ha.
As we continue to expand our land bank and develop new projects in key economic hubs nationwide, we remain unwavering in our commitment to excellence. In July this year, we announced our strategic commitment to green building development, with sustainability at the core of our future initiatives.
