MHL: Notice of stock status

On September 16, 2024, HNX announces the status of Minh Huu Lien JSC’s shares (stock code: MHL) as follows:
- MHL shares are put under trading suspension according to Decision No.985/QD-SGDHN dated 16/09/2024 because the company was mandatory delisted because it caused a serious violation of the information disclosure obligation accoriding to Point O Section 1 Article 120 of the Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP as prescribed in Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
