KTT: Notice of stock status

On 19/09/2024, HNX announces the status of KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: KTT) as follows: 
- KTT shares are under supervision under Decision No. 995/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 as the Company delayed in submitting reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 over 30 days according to regulations
- KTT shares are under alert under Decision No. 994/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 as the Company's undistributed profit after tax in audited Financial Statements 2022 was negative.
-  KTT shares are under trading suspension under Decision No. 951/QD-SGDHN dated 04/09/2024 as the Company made recurring violations on information disclosure following the decision to be put under trading restriction.
