Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 960/QD-SGDHN dated September 06, 2024 superseding Decision No. 779/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DIC stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024 and Document No. 228/2024/DIC-Intraco dated September 04, 2024 on explanation for requesting to be released from trading restriction as the Company has convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024;
- Reason: the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Other reasons: the auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinions on the Financial Statements 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 and Point g Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX to explain and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On September 06, 2024, HNX announces the status of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DIC) as follows:
- DIC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 960/QD-SGDHN dated September 06, 2024 due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed at points a, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
