CVN: Decision on stock under suspension and Notice on stock status

Pursuant to Decision No. 982/QD-SGDHN dated 13/09/2024, HNX announces the stock is under trading suspension as follows:
- Issuer: Vinam JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CVN
- Effective date: 18/09/2024
- Reason: The Company made recurring violations on information disclosure following the decision to be put under trading restriction, specifically delayed submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024.
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 41 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 495/QD-SGDHN dated 20/05/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under trading suspension.

On 13/09/2024, HNX announces the status of Vinam JSC (stock code: CVN) as follows: 
-  CVN shares are undertrading suspension based on Decision No. 982/QD-SGDHN dated 13/09/2024 as the Company made recurring violations on information disclosure following the decision to be put under trading restriction.
-  CVN shares are under trading suspervision based on Decision No. 496/QD-SGDHN dated  20/05/2024 as the Company delayed submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 over 30 days since due date and also delayed submission 02 years in a row of Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023.
