On August 15, 2024, Hydraulics Construction Corporation No. 4 announced to have received Decision No. 1374/2024/QDST-KDTM dated July 19, 2024 by the People's Court of Binh Thanh District on suspension of the civil lawsuit between Construction JSC No. 46 and the Company.
