MHL: Shares could be delisted

On 12/8/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: MHL shares of Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point 0, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due The company serious violates the information disclosure obligations. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider mandatory delisting of these shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 05 days from this notice.
