HDS: Notice of stock status

On 02/08/2024, HNX announces the status of Hai Duong Seeds JSC’s shares (stock code: HDS) as follows:
-  Removing the HDS stock out of being put on alert due to the reason the company has held its annual general meeting of shareholders in 2024 at Point b Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
