DFF: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate
On August 22, 2024, Dua Fat Group Joint Stock Company received Notice No. 5369/UBCK-PTTT by the State Securities Commission on the dossier announcing the maximum foreign ownership rate of Dua Fat Group Joint Stock Company as follows: The State Securities Commission has received a dossier announcing the maximum foreign holding rate at Dua Fat Group Joint Stock Company (the Company) (HNX: DFF) at 49%. The State Securities Commission requests organizations and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents are responsible before the law for the accuracy, integrity and completeness of the documents per the regulations of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government of the detailed regulations to implement several articles of the Securities Law (Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP); requests the Company to disclose information on the maximum foreign ownership rate as prescribed in Section 2 Article 13 of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Minister of Finance, guiding the information disclosure on the securities market, exercising business activities per the scope of business registration and relevant legal regulations to ensure compliance with regulations on the foreign ownership rate on the securities market of Vietnam and requests the Vietnam Securities Depository Corporation to update and adjust the system on the maximum foreign ownership rate at the Company under Section 4 Article 142 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
