CAD: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 929/QD-SGDHN dated August 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CAD stock as follows:
- Issuer: CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CAD
- Base of review: Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the company had negative owner equity in the Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024
- Other reasons: the auditor had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CAD must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.251/GD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2024

On August 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC’s shares (stock code: CAD) as follows:
CAD shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 929/QD-SGDHN dated 23/08/2024 due to the company had negative owner equity in the Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024; the auditor had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023 according to the  provision at Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
