     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 100:10 (shareholders receive 10 new shares for every 01 share owned)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be disposed of and not issued.
Example: At the record date of bonus share issue to increase charter capital out of owner's equity, Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 185 shares. At the exercise rate of 100:10, Shareholder A is entitled to the shares issued to increase charter capital as follows: (185 x 10)/100 = 18.5 shares. Under the rounding method and handling of fractional shares, the number of issued shares of Shareholder Nguyen Van A is 18, while the 0.5 fraction is disposed of.

               + For undeposited shares: Vimeco JSC at Lot E9, Pham Hung Boulevard, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the aforementioned
