TS4: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM & Notice of stock status Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 785/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TS4 stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2022, 2023 and the Reviewed-Semi Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 743/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023 and Decision No. 535/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024

Notice of stock status
On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4’s shares (stock code: TS4) as follows:
- TS4 shares are under continued trading restriction following to Decision 785/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024 due to : the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year; the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statement 2022, 2023 for more than 45 day and the Reviewed-Semi Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days; following to the provisions at Point b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. The trading restriction is the Company be traded on Friday weekly until being removed;
- TS4 shares are under trading suspension following to Decision No. 46/QD-SGDHN dated February 13, 2023 due to the Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 467/QD-SGDHN dated August 31, 2021 by the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange; following to the provisions at Point đ Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
