Following Decision No. 696/QD-SGDHN dated 03/07/2024, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TKG
- Effective date: 08/07/2024
- Reason: The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2024 over 6 months from the end of the fiscal year
- Other reason: The Company infringed on the information disclosure obligations over 4 times per year
- Applicable law(s): Point d Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 03/07/2024, HNX announces the status of Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Printing Joint Stock Company (stock code: TKG) as follows:
-  TKG shares are under alert according to Decision No. 696/QD-SGDHN dated 03/07/2024 as the Company failed to convene the AGM 2024 over 6 months from the end of the fiscal year and infringed on the information disclosure obligations over 4 times per year;
-  TKG shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 488/QD-SGDHN dated 20/05/2024 as the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure.
